Refund & Return Policy

Any item that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at concierge@theswitchsuites.com.

If you are unsure about what product to order, please call or email us and we will be happy answer any questions.

Please note:

– If you are shipping your return, you are responsible for shipping.

– Your exchange, refund or store credit will be applied once the product is returned, please give 2-3 business days to show on your statement.

– If you are having an allergic reaction to any product please email us with photos to concierge@theswitchsuites.com for accommodations.
